Tanzanian singer Diamond mauled by fans for piercing his nose

– Tanzanian singer, Diamond has been a victim of online trolls after he posted a photo online, showing off a nose-ring which was taken as an indicator of his sexuality
Tanzanian top singer, Diamond Platinumz has been the object of harsh social media criticism after he made an alteration to his face which is characteristic of homosexuals-or so says social media.

The alteration is a simple shiny ring on his nose. A ring that people have construed to be an indicator of his sexuality. He has been called among other things, a homosexual.
His marriage to Tanzanian socialite, Zari Hassan did not save his face of the accusations. Tanzanians and his fanbase across the globe questioned why he was ditching his African roots in the favor  of the western culture.

Singer Diamond posts a photo showing a nose ring that he is alleged to have received.

The singer was implored by his ardent fans to pull down  the photo as it was a skewed reflection of the person that he was. While a number of his  fans told him to live his life as he willed, most people felt that the singer-a role model to many, was setting a bad example.

Much later the same day, the singer posted another photo, this time the nose ring was missing. Speculations abounded  that the first photo was edited to fit the nose-ring and gauge the reaction of the fans towards it.
This did not however calm down his fans who continued to troll him for allegedly seeking attention.
Platimumz recently  fell out with his wife Zari on Wednesday, March 23 during his Sweden tour dubbed ‘From Tandale to the World’.
The singer had just landed at the Stockholm Airport alongside his mother, Bi Sandra, his  wife Zari, daughter Latifa and members of his label, Wasafi when female fans caused drama which infuriated his wife Zari.
It is alleged that the first night in Sweden, Platinumz and Zari slept on separate rooms before they solved the differences the following day.
