Calm Kidero Or I Lead Mass Exodus, Khalwale Tells CORD After Hiding In Toilet
Hours after being forced to take cover in a toilet to avoid the wrath of supposed Kidero supporters, Boni Khalwale is now threatening to lead a mass exodus of Luhya members of parliament from the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD).
The Kakamega senator was on Thursday, July 16, 2015, confronted by rowdy youths, believed to be supporters of Evans Kidero, the Nairobi County governor, at Milimani law courts, which were hearing a case between the two men.
It took the intervention of Khalwale’s security detail to restrain the youths from pursuing and roughing up the senator.
